According to statements from the Chinese Foreign Ministry reported by state media outlets CGTN and the Global Times, China confirmed the assistance package and the deployment of specialized rescue teams to assist areas impacted by the severe mudslides.

The severe weather along the mountainous frontier affected communities in both China and Nepal, drawing international condolences and offers of solidarity.
United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres issued condolences following the onset of the floods, while Russian President Vladimir Putin extended sympathy to both Nepal and China. International figures including German politician Friedrich Merz, Japanese minister Sanae Takaichi, King Mohammed VI of Morocco, and Liberian President Joseph Nyuma Boakai also offered expressions of support to the victims and affected regions.
